Stuntin Controls

Bind boost and camera before the first long ramp punishes a default layout.

Stuntin Roblox Controls

Stuntin uses Roblox vehicle defaults plus a few builder-specific actions. The alpha does not ship a pretty overlay, so this page is the reference. Print the compact version on the controls cheatsheet and keep this article for the why. If you still cannot land after the binds feel right, the problem is physics — switch to how to land jumps.

PC (keyboard + mouse)

ActionDefaultNotes
SteerA / D or arrowsHold, do not tap, on high-speed waves
ThrottleW or upEase off before the crest
Brake / reverseS or downUseful after a bad landing, not in the air
BoostShift or a HUD buttonPulse at the last meters of a ramp
CameraRight mouse drag / mouse-xKeep the nose in frame before takeoff
Jump / hopSpace (if enabled)Some builds ignore this in a car
Reset / respawnRoblox reset or in-game restartUse after a skybox launch
Leave mapBack / lobby buttonDo not reset if you only wanted a checkpoint

Camera is half the game. If the car is a yellow blur and the ramp is off-screen, you will land on the roof. Drag the camera so you see both the crest and the landing plate — the same composition as the official wavy-ramp thumbnail.

Mobile (touch)

  • Left stick or tilt for steer. Stick is more precise on waves; tilt is fine on long flats.
  • Right-side throttle and brake buttons. Move them in Roblox’s touch-shift if your thumb covers boost.
  • Boost should be a large button you can hit without looking. Missing boost on a kicker is better than holding it the whole hill.
  • Pinch camera is awkward mid-jump. Set a slightly zoomed-out default in the pause menu if the alpha exposes it.

Phones struggle on 50-player servers. If input lag appears, leave and read how to play for quieter lobbies, or the full play on mobile setup. Do not compensate lag with a speed script from the scripts hub.

Console

  • Left stick steer, right stick camera.
  • Right trigger throttle, left trigger brake.
  • A / Cross is often hop or confirm; bumpers may map to boost depending on the patch.
  • Open the Roblox quick menu for keyboard only when pasting a future code from how to redeem.

If boost is on the same face button as jump, rebind in Roblox settings. Accidental hops on a landing plate flip the car.

Builder hotkeys (PC first)

The builder is usable on touch but painful. On PC:

  • Click to place, rotate with a handle or R if the tool offers it.
  • Grid snap on. Free-place is how floating seams appear.
  • Duplicate a tested ramp instead of rotating a new one from scratch.
  • Test-drive from the builder without publishing — see how to build maps.

If a hotkey does nothing after a patch, Curseddd Games moved it. Check alpha notes before you assume your keyboard is broken.

Sensitivity and why you keep spinning

High mouse sensitivity plus a wavy ramp equals over-steer in the air. Lower camera sensitivity until a full swipe turns the car about 90 degrees. Steering in the air should be small corrections, not tank turns. The landing tutorial assumes this bind.

Common control mistakes

  • Holding W and boost from spawn to the first crest.
  • Looking at the car instead of the landing.
  • Using reverse in the air (it does nothing useful and eats attention).
  • Resetting instead of waiting for a checkpoint on a long map.
  • Playing touch in portrait. Landscape only.

Fix those before you buy a new car from the vehicle tier list. A better body will not save a camera that never sees the plate.

Practice drill (five minutes)

Load any gentle featured map from how to play. Drive the first ramp ten times:

  1. Times 1–3: no boost, watch the landing.
  2. Times 4–7: one boost pulse at the last meters.
  3. Times 8–10: same pulse, camera already pointing at the plate before takeoff.

If 8–10 are cleaner, your binds are done. Go build or go race. If they are not, stay on this drill instead of opening the scripts page.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Stuntin questions.

What is the boost key in Stuntin?

On PC it is usually Shift or a HUD button. On mobile it is a right-side button you should enlarge. Console often uses a bumper — rebind if it shares a face button with jump.

Can I play Stuntin on a phone?

Yes, on easy and medium maps. Use landscape, a visible boost button, and quieter servers. The mobile guide has the full veto list.

Why does my car spin after jumps?

Camera and steer sensitivity are too high, or you are holding full throttle on landing. Lower sensitivity and read the landing guide.

Are builder controls different?

Yes. Grid snap and duplicate on PC. Touch building works but is slower. Test-drive before you publish.
